Three finalists named for New River CTC presidency

[BEAVER, W.Va.] New River Community and Technical College is holding public forums next week with the three finalists for the college presidency. Dr. Glenn Coltharp, Dr. Bonny Copenhaver and Dr. Tiffany Evans were selected from a national search by the presidential search committee as the top candidates for the position.

Each finalist will participate in a series of public forums open to college employees, students and the community. There will be a brief introduction of each candidate followed by a question and answer session. Comment forms will be given to those attending the forums, collected at the end of each forum and given to the New River CTC Board of Governors for review.

The successful candidate will replace Dr. L. Marshall Washington, who left the college in June to become the president of Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Dr. Mary Katherine Butler is serving as interim president for the college until a new president is hired.
