West Virginia PROMISE Scholarship Program
The PROMISE Scholarship Program is a merit-based financial aid program available to West Virginia students who meet certain academic standards.
Program requirements: Students must have a core and cumulative grade point average GPA of 3.0 or higher and meet the minimum test score requirements on either the ACT or the SAT.
