Welcome to New River Community and Technical College’s Raleigh County Campus! We have two locations in Raleigh County. The main campus is located just off of I-64 East (exit 125B) and features state-of-art classrooms, computer labs, Interactive Video Network/Zoom (IVN) classrooms, medical labs, and the Central Administrative offices.

Erma Byrd Center and Public Higher Education Center (PHEC)
The PHEC is located on our main campus in Beaver, adjacent to the main campus building. New River CTC partners with colleges and universities that offer 4-year degrees, and these organizations offer classes at the PHEC. This collaborative approach enables students in some programs to transition from a 2-year to a 4-year degree while remaining in the area.
