New River CTC Office of Communications Publicity Request Form
This form will be sent to the New River CTC Communications Office and used to generate announcements and news releases for official classes and events sponsored by New River Community and Technical College only. The Communication’s Office does not promote events that are not sponsored by the College. Some newspapers only publish weekly, and they sometimes hold articles for a week or more before publishing. For that reason, it is important to submit this form at least three weeks prior to the date needed. Requests are completed in the order in which they are received. Complete the form in as much detail as possible and use one form for each request. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Communications at (304) 929-6727 or (304) 929-5464.
