This innovative program offers a comprehensive one-semester training pathway, tailored for those aspiring to advance their skills in the electrical distribution field. The program will be hosted at the Advanced Technology Center in Ghent and is designed to cater to both credit-seeking students and those interested in a non-credit workforce program.

The Electrical Distribution Engineering Technology program offers two distinct pathways to accommodate diverse learner needs:

  • Non-Credit Workforce Program: A streamlined, workforce-focused option designed for those seeking immediate job readiness.

Key Features of the Program:

  • Comprehensive Training: Covers the essentials of electrical distribution, including practical applications and theoretical foundations.
  • Embedded Certifications: Participants will earn their CDL Class A Pintle Hook license, OSHA certification, and CPR certification as part of the program.
  • Practical Requirements: A CDL Class A Learners Permit, and a program pre-assessment are required for enrollment.
  • Flexible Enrollment: Open to all individuals looking to enhance their skills and career prospects in the electrical distribution field.
  • Total Cost: $5,000
