New River Community and Technical College Graduation Application Form

APPLICATIONS FOR GRADUATION MUST BE MADE BY THE DEADLINE. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE NEXT GRADUATION.  DEADLINES ARE POSTED ON OUR ACADEMIC CALENDARS AND CAN BE VIEWED ONLINE AT https://www.newriver.edu/academic-calendar/.

  • Your name will print as it is in the system. Please check your Self Service Banner for reference.

    All diplomas will be mailed to address in the system. Diplomas are mailed approximately one month after graduation date. If you need to change your address, you may do so through Self Service Banner or see your advisor.

  • Please use a valid email address that is checked often.
    Do not use a @newriver.edu address.

    **Required Information**

    If you are not attending the graduation ceremony, please place NA in the height and weight box.

    Graduate caps and gowns will be sent to your campus based on College records.

  • For example, 5'4" would be typed as 5 feet 4 inches.
  • If you weigh 140 pounds, it would be entered as 140 lbs.
