New River Community and Technical College Announces Fall Real Estate Licensure Course

[BEAVER, WV] – New River Community and Technical College is excited to announce the offering of a comprehensive Real Estate Licensure course this fall, designed to meet the requirements of the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. This 10-week course provides essential training for individuals seeking to obtain their Real Estate license, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in real estate.

Course Details:

  • Dates: August 19 – November 4 (No class the week of September 9)
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
  • Location: Raleigh County Campus
  • Cost: $500 with an additional $40 for the book
  • Preregistration Deadline: August 9
