Learn to play guitar at New River CTC

[BEAVER, W.Va.] A six-week introduction to guitar class is scheduled for New River Community and Technical College’s campus in Beaver on Tuesdays starting January 14 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Students will learn to play basic songs in the course, receive hands-on lessons and participate in discussions.

The cost for the class is $150 along with a $30 supply fee, and preregistration is required by January 7, 2020.

A six-week creative writing class is also planned at New River CTC’s campus in Beaver starting Wednesday, January 29. The class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.
