Certificate and degree programs in New River Community and Technical College’s Health Sciences, Allied Health and Natural Sciences Department are designed to meet the demand for health professionals in southern West Virginia. From Advanced Skill Set Certificates that provide training in 24 academic credit hours or less to Certificate and Associate of Applied Science programs, students may choose to pursue many different career paths.
Due to the nature of these programs, some require acceptance into the program after admission to New River CTC. All programs are not available at all campuses.
