- Provide educational skills designed for students interested in pursuing selective enrollment health professions programs or obtaining an entry-level position in the field of health care.
- Equip students with fundamental knowledge in health sciences, including medical terminology, anatomy, and basic healthcare concepts, to prepare for further studies or entry-level employment.
- 80% of graduates find employment in a healthcare-related field or pursue another healthcare-related education program.
To be eligible for admission into this program, students must meet the general requirements for admission to New River Community and Technical College.
