The advanced skill set certificate in barbering exceeds the 1200 clock hours required by the West Virginia State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists. Exams are independent of graduation requirements. State and federal financial aid are not available for advanced skill set certificates. Students applying for the fall 2022 semester should submit all materials for admission by August 11, 2022.
