Meeting Schedule and Participation
The New River CTC Board of Governors plays a vital role in guiding the college’s mission and operations. The Board typically meets on the first Thursday of each month, with special meetings called as needed.
All meetings comply with the West Virginia Open Meeting Law, with notice provided to the Secretary of State. Emergency meetings may be scheduled when immediate action is required.
To support accessibility and flexible participation, meetings are held in accessible locations and/or offered via Zoom.
