New River CTC’s first class of Advanced Emergency Medical Technician students have completed their program of study. The Advanced EMT students are the first to complete a program and test in the history of the West Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services.
New River CTC's associate degrees in cyber security and information technology along with the certificate in cyber security are now eligible for free tuition through the West Virginia Invests Grant Program.
New River CTC is holding additional campus events to help students register for fall 2020 classes. Countdown Connect events are scheduled for August 12 in Lewisburg, August 13 in Princeton, August 14 in Beaver and August 18 in Summersville from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and attendees should register online at newriver.edu/countdown-fall2020.
New River CTC staff and faculty are coming back to campus for fall 2020 registration events outside of college campuses on July 29 in Princeton, August 3 in Lewisburg, August 4 in Summersville and August 5 in Beaver.
