Our goal is to help students finance their education through all available means – federal, state, local and institutional funds. If you don’t find the answers to your questions, contact any of us for help with your financial aid, regardless of the campus where you attend. Under FERPA guidelines, Financial Aid can only respond with specific account information to newriver.edu email accounts.
Apply for Financial Aid:
The first step in applying for financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). View our Quickstart Guide to Financial Aid for a brief walkthrough. When completing your application you will need to:
- Select 2012-2013 school year
- Use your 2011 tax information to complete application
- New River's School Code is 039603
