Our goal is to help students finance their education through all available means – federal, state, local and institutional funds. If you don’t find the answers to your questions, contact any of us for help with your financial aid, regardless of the campus where you attend. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  Under FERPA guidelines, Financial Aid can only respond with specific account information to newriver.edu email accounts. 

 

Apply for Financial Aid:

The first step in applying for financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). View our Quickstart Guide to Financial Aid for a brief walkthrough. When completing your application you will need to:

  • Select 2014-2015 school year
  • Use your 2013 tax information to complete application
  • New River's School Code is 039603

Overview of Financial Aid

Wondering what all this talk of Financial Aid is? Financial aid is a grant, loan, or scholarship that is awarded on a needs basis. Some financial aid must be paid back with interest and others do not. New River CTC will be Closed for Holiday Season

New River CTC will be closed beginning Wednesday, December 24, 2014 through Friday, January 2, 2015.  The College will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2015.
