The Advanced Technology Center (ATC) at New River Community and Technical College works in partnership with the College's Center for Workforce Education to provide a variety of customized programs to address the need for a highly skilled workforce. Business and community leaders across the region serve as advisors to our administration, which ensures our programs are in-sync with their needs.
Located in Ghent, West Virginia, our 93,000 square foot facility is being used to train workers for high demand and high paying occupations. Programs being offered at the ATC fall under five categories: Business Opportunity Center, Green Building Technologies, Manufacturing, Mining and Energy, Transport and Distrubution, and Line Service Mechanic.
