EMT- PARAMEDIC

 

The EMT-Paramedic Program prepares students to become a highly skilled health care provider. An Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic, through performance of patient assessments ad provision of emergency medical care, strives to meet the goals of preventing and reducing mortality and morbidity due to illness and injury. Paramedics primarily provide care to emergency patients in and out of hospital settings. The Paramedic certificate program prepares the graduate for a career as a certified EMT Paramedic.

Persons with a felony conviction may not be eligible for licensure based on terms and conditions of the state in which they intend to apply.
