Transcript Progress

To check on the status of official transcript requests.

Log into Self-Service BANNER, click on “Student”, then “Student Records”, and then on “Academic Transcripts”.  In the center of the page you will see “Transcript Request Status”. Select the date you made your request and click “Submit”.

The first date (Sent Date) is the mailing date of your transcript.

The second date (Print Date) is when the Registrar’s office completed processing your request.

Refund checks will begin being mailed on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016. Students will receive an email verification through their College email account once their refund check has been mailed. Checks cannot be picked up in person, and attendance will be verified prior to mailing refund checks.
